Mr. Lee Jiajin has an extensive experience of over sixteen (16) years focusing in conveyancing related matters. His main expertise is drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreement, tenancy agreements, and general commercial contracts. Mr. Lee Jiajin also attends to various preparation of loan and securities documentation for the financial institutions in Malaysia for both conventional banking and Islamic banking under banks including Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank Berhad.

Mr. Lee Jiajin also advises in all matters related to the administration of estates of deceased persons, such as preparing petitions to the High Court for the issuance of grants of probate or letters of administration; providing assistance in obtaining administration in respect of small estates; rendering advice to executors and administrators of estates in relation to their duties in law and facilitating the distribution of assets to beneficiaries. Apart from the above, Mr. Lee Jiajin also provide advisory work relating to the preparation of Wills for assets situated locally and/or overseas.

Mr. Lee Jiajin graduated with an external LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2007 and subsequently passed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2008. Upon completing his pupillage with Messrs Kean Chye & Sivalingam, he was retained by the firm to kickstart his practice. He later joined Messrs BH Koh, Soong, Zarin & Partners as Legal Assistant until his partnership in this firm in Year 2023.
